....with myself!
I have come to realize that i spend ALOT of time on the computer outside of work stuff. I may not post all the time on my blog...but i do check out other people's blogs. And i am on Facebook WAY more then i need to be. You seriously loose track of time when you are on there.
SO.....
I've made a deal with myself to get me off the computer and into the gym!
* For every 30 mins of workout i do = 10 minutes on the computer.
* For every day i go without a soda (of any type-diet-caffeine free, etc...) = 10 mins on the computer.
I am hoping this will help my reach my goal of loosing weight and getting healthy.

Wow, that is impressive! I need to try that too. At least the gym part, not sure I am quite ready to give up the pop! :) I have a weight loss and health goal too and I only have till the end of September! You encourage me a lot!
