Summer Tart(s)

Kevin found a recipe in his most favorite cookbook, Lydia's Italy, a recipe for a Tart. We were given a bag of Plums from our friend Tegan and he decided he was going to make a Tart. It turned out SO Yummy! He's made another plum one, a Strawberry/Raspberry one and coming soon...Apple! Can't wait.

Those yellow-ish/white chunks...are butter! yummm

He even made the dough from scratch!
