Looks good with grass huh?
Well we are NOT closing today (surprise surprise) and we are fine with that. We are going over at 9am to have a walk through with the builder and let them know things we want fixed. Really there is just some minor stuff. But if you don't get it fixed before you move in how long will it take them to do it afterwards?! :) PLUS...we got a call from our mortgage lender and the developers just got the occupancy paperwork yesterday (Wednesday) so they need to have the final appraiser come in. Then it takes a few days to get that paperwork back. So we are looking more at Tuesday for closing. *sigh*
