While we were down in Utah this past weekend
(see another post below). Idaho was hit with its first snow storm. Well i should
our part of Idaho was. We had about 2 inches of snow at Kevin's brother Lynn's house in Utah when we were leaving Sunday morning. We had heard all sorts of different reports about the snow fall in Idaho. So we took off earlier then planned. Sorry Shauna about not being there for lunch/dinner! We saw a notice on the freeway that I-84 at the Idaho border was closed. That's our road home! So we got up to Snowville UT and sure enough it was still closed. Well thankfully we only waited about 20 mins at the gas station and heard that the old highway opened up, so we jumped on that and made it home! Kevin's parents had about a foot of snow so we had a good snow fight for about an hour. We were excited to see how much snow we had at
our house...40 mins to the west. There was NOTHING! We were slightly disappointed, but at least it was fun to play in it and then not have to deal with it. :) Here are some pictures from our adventures in the snow.
Kevin running through the snow to get to the trampoline.

Kevin trying to bounce the snow off.
It wasn't going anywhere!
It was so heavy.

So he decided to sweep it off.
I guess its time to take down the trampoline.

Me making my first snow angel of the winter.

the finished product.

the snow that was on our car as it was parked out front.

trying to show how much snow there was.
It's hard to tell, but it's up to the ridges
on the handle of the scrapper.
