hello

Wow, it seems like i haven't written in forever. I think it's only been a week. I guess it was a long week. LOL. Just thought i'd do a little update.

I have not had a caffeinated soda in about 2-3 weeks! I did have a diet A&W rootbeer this weekend. Just to have something other then water. :) I really don't have much of a craving for it either now, i guess some days i do. I drink ALOT more water too, especially for my spinning class. You NEED to be hydrated for that.

I am LOVING my two exercise classes. Especially my spinning class. It really perks me up to make it through the afternoons at work. I get really sad on days i don't have it. Like my friend Monett said..."you'll be addicted" and i am! I even bought a heart monitor this weekend. I was obsessed with looking at it during class today. LOL. But it totally makes you push yourself that much harder.

I have more to say about what we did this weekend. But it will have to wait till i can get the pics up on the blog. We REALLY need to get internet at home again!!

Good for you. Soda is so bad, but it tastes SO good!

I gave up my diet sodas and tried to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables, not just "diet food." I lost a lot of my cravings too, untill Halloween:) I'm going to weight watchers and I want to reach my goal weight by March. Keep going! Slow and steady wins the race!
