Soda has always has and probably always will be an "Achilles' heel" for me. I was joking with a co-worker today who also is a soda lover...then i 'pop' onto Yahoo and find THIS article staring at me.

OH MY GOSH!!! I did the exact same thing right after I had a pop at lunch. I was thinking, I really need to kick this stupid habit and have been trying so hard and then I went onto Yahoo and saw the same article. Needless to say, I had another pop the next day! :) At least I am trying to keep it to 1 a day right?? :)
Oh, great. I just gave Ella her first sippy cup of pop the other night. AWWWW MAN!
