So i was feeling pretty good yesterday after the "bootcamp" workout. i thought i would have been much sore-er then i was feeling (I don't think that is the correct way of saying that but it will get the point across). Well it all came late last night and this morning. I AM SO SORE! I don't know if i can do it tonight...but i will. I am not going to be able to move on Saturday! Or Friday for that matter. LOL.
Well i got some mroe stuff done last night. I took down all the pictures in the house, made a pile with them and then started wrapping them in bubblewrap. WE HAVE TOO MANY PICTURES! I did it for about 1.5 hours and i am still not finished, only about 4-5 big ones left. I had done other things earlier in the evening or i think i would have gotten it completly finished. But my back was hurting sitting there on the floor. So i'll finish that up at lunch time today. fun fun. The joys of packing up all your crap. :)

I am a firm believer that it takes a full 24 hours for the REAL pain and soreness to set in. I still recall not being able to sit down on the toilet a day after a class at the gym. I was in THAT much pain! But good for you...I've been a slacker ALL week long!
